LATE ARRIVALS - Please be courteous and make your scheduled appointment. We work very hard to be prompt for your appointment, and we ask in return, that you be on time for your appointments with us.
REFUNDS - Please inform your therapist within the first 15 minutes if you are not satisfied. We will gladly provide a replacement or end the session with a refund.
No refund will be given after the 15 minute exceeds. If you experience any discomfort or pain at any time, please let us know right away. We can modify the treatment.
POLICY - Therapists reserve the right to end any session that displays any inappropriate behavior, comments or sexual advances. Guest will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
